Who is this class for?

This class is for boys and girls developing intermediate gymnastics skills. There are two categories for this class:

The minimum for joining this class at school ages reception to year 4 is a cartwheel, bridge and a handstand.

This is also joined with our beginners gymnastics class for children in School Year 5 and older.

What happens in this class?

In this class we introduce the gymnasts to higher level gymnastics skills using all apparatus. The gymnasts are together for their warmup and cooldown, but are split into age groups whilst training separately on 3 pieces of gymnastics apparatus per session.
