Who is this class for?

This class is for ages 12+

What happens in this class?

In this class we open the gym up in a semi-structured way. With a group warmup and stretch activity the gymnasts will have free reign of the facility to work on their skills on any and all apparatus. There are coaches present in this class to assist, support and coach the gymnasts goals. 

How long is the class?

This class is 90 minutes long
